Choose your role. Attorneys submit the firm referral and can e-sign the firm side in the same visit. Clinics submit the referral and LienScripts emails signing links to the pending parties. Patients confirm their details so their attorney can finish the agreement.
The public form never returns a patient's signing token and never hints whether a case already exists. After submit, attorneys receive only the firm-side signing step. Clinics receive a short-lived referral token that can only ask LienScripts to email the pending parties.
