Welcome to NiHowdy Tech, Inc. d/b/a LienScripts. ("LienScripts," "we," "us," or "our"). We help personal injury patients access prescription medications through contracted pharmacies without paying upfront, using a lien structure coordinated with their attorney and medical team.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain how you can use our website, communication tools, and related services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using our Services.

These Terms apply to:

• Personal injury patients using LienScripts to fill prescriptions on a lien
• Attorneys and law firms coordinating lien-based prescription cases
• Clinics, medical providers, and case managers referring patients
• Visitors who browse or use our website, SMS, email, or portals

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

If you use our Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3.1 Our role

LienScripts coordinates:

• Prescription fills through contracted pharmacies
• Pharmacist counseling and medication safety guidance
• Lien-based financial arrangements for PI clients
• Communication between patients, attorneys, and clinics
• Delivery coordination and follow-up as needed

Our pharmacists provide medication-related advice only. We do not diagnose, treat medical conditions, or replace your medical provider.

3.2 No legal advice

Nothing on our website, SMS, phone calls, or emails should be interpreted as legal advice. Attorneys must rely on their own professional judgment.

When you choose LienScripts:

• You do not pay upfront for medication
• You authorize your attorney to pay lien-related charges from any settlement or recovery
• You will sign a separate Lien & Services Agreement, which controls the lien terms
• If your settlement does not cover the full amount, you may remain responsible for unpaid balances where permitted by law
• Your attorney will be asked to acknowledge and protect the lien

This Terms & Conditions page governs website and service usage. The lien contract governs financial and legal obligations.

By using our Services or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications regarding:

• Intake questions (date of injury, type of accident, attorney information)
• Contract-signature links
• Prescription and delivery status updates
• Refill options or reminders
• Lien documentation and account notifications
• Coordination questions between you, your attorney, and your provider

We may communicate through SMS, phone calls, email, and automated systems.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by texting STOP. Details are in Section 14.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Notify us if your attorney changes
• Update your contact information when necessary
• Use our site legally and respectfully
• Not interfere with our systems or impersonate another user

Misuse may result in termination or restricted access.

You agree not to:

• Disrupt or damage the website or Services
• Upload harmful software or malicious content
• Try to access accounts or data you're not authorized to view
• Use bots or scrapers
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a case

We may update, change, or suspend website features at any time.

Some features require user accounts. You are responsible for:

• Protecting your login credentials
• Keeping your account details accurate
• Reporting unauthorized access

We may suspend access for security reasons.

We respect your privacy. We comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable federal privacy laws, including HIPAA when required.

Using our Services means you agree to our Privacy Policy.

LienScripts works with:

• Partner pharmacies
• Electronic signature vendors

• Delivery providers
• Pharmacy management systems

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services. Their terms govern separately.

All website content, branding, text, layout, and materials belong to LienScripts or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or reuse our content without written permission.

LienScripts does not guarantee:

• Case results or settlement amounts
• Reduction approvals
• Attorney participation
• That communications (SMS/email) will never fail
• Website uptime or error-free performance
• Accuracy of third-party systems or data

Use of our Services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LienScripts is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data
• Delays in communication or delivery
• Third-party system failures
• Decisions made by law firms, providers, or insurers

Our total liability is limited to the greater of:

• $100, or
• The amount you paid LienScripts in the previous 6 months (typically $0)

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; legal requirements apply.

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:

• Intake and onboarding
• Contract links
• Prescription status
• Refill notifications
• Delivery coordination
• Account reminders
• Lien and case-related communication

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You must be the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you provide.

SMS is governed by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable TCPA/CTIA rules.

Before taking any formal action, you agree to attempt to resolve concerns with us informally.

If informal resolution is not successful, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court or as part of any class action.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

Continuing to use our Services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
